Sign Up or Login
Download the Happyfeed App if you haven’t already signed up. It’s quick and private.

Visit the Pods Tab
Navigate to the Pods Tab 
where you’ll see a button to enter a code to join a Pod.

Enter Your Code
Use the code to join the Pod. You can share your progress and send cheers too.
